Each of the 4 surf apartments have their own private terrace and outdoor kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with a 2 burner gas element, fridge/freezer and basic cooking utensils. The room can be made up as either a king or 2 singles.

Located next to the swimming pool our Poolside Apartments offer ensuite accommodation for 2 people with hot water and a ceiling fan. Each Poolside Apartment has a terrace overlooking the pool and a private kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with a 2 burner gas element, fridge/freezer and basic cooking utensils. The room can be main up as either a king or 2 singles.

Offering great privacy our Garden Apartments are tucked away in amongst our tropical garden. With AC, hot water and a kitchen these apartments offer everything you could need. As these apartments are slightly larger they are able to accommodate up to 3 people. The kitchen comes equipped with a 2 burner gas element, fridge/freezer and basic cooking utensils. The room can be main up as either a king or 2 singles, and for an additional person a single bed can be added.

Designed with families and larger groups in mind our self-contained Bungalow can accommodate up to 5 people. The kitchen is located inside the Bungalow, there is an outdoor table and seating area. The bathroom has hot water and there is a ceiling fan and a standing fan. The kitchen comes equipped with a 2 burner gas element, fridge/freezer and basic cooking utensils.

With panoramic views across the bay our Ocean View Apartment offers you everything you need plus a little extra. Enjoy watching the sunset over the Pacific ocean from the comfort of your own hammock and have breakfast on the balcony as you watch the local fishing boats head out. For a truly fantastic stay our Ocean View Penthouse offers absolutely everything you could want – AC, hot water, cable TV with your own Apple box or laptop, large fully equipped kitchen with island bench and a balcony that has one of the best views in Puerto Escondido. Whether your watching for passing whales or just relaxing and taking it all in you’ll never tired of the view. The kitchen comes equipped with a 6 burner gas element, oven, fridge/freezer and cooking utensils. This room can accommodate up to 4 people making it ideal for families or a small group of friends.

A private residence on our spacious and gated property. A 2 storey unit plus rooftop palapa. Includes 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, air-conditioning and private parking. Great for 2-4 guests. Hot water shower and great ocean views!
